Colleen, Yoga Instructor

A recent transplant from NYC, Colleen is thrilled to be a part of the Los Poblanos family and supporting the mission of community and sustainability. She understands the yoga path as one of sustainability.  It doesn’t require anything that you don’t already have, meets you exactly where you are and grows and evolves in an organic way.  Yoga invites us to find more ease and space and shifts us from a state of fragmentation to a more unified whole.  Her classes reflect a diversity of influences and teachers, and she is ever grateful for their generosity and wisdom and to all the students past and present that continue to inspire her.

She describes her style as a dynamic and ever-evolving intuitive flow exploring the mind, body and breath relationship as well as the fundamentals of conscious well-being.  She sees practice at its most beneficial becoming a moving meditation, guided by your own breath.
