Meet the Distiller at Town & Ranch

Go behind the scenes at our Town & Ranch distillery and see how Los Poblanos Botanical Spirits are made. Our Head Distiller, Jamie Lord, will walk you through the recipe development process, botanicals used, and the maceration and distillation techniques used to make our Western Dry and Lavender Gin. Take a peek at her in-progress experiments blending botanicals from the farm to create specialty cocktail ingredients for our mixology team. 

Drop in between 3 pm and 6 pm on select Saturdays for this 20-minute tour with a guided tasting of our two gins and a casual Q&A session.
