Coffee Talk & Cocktail at T&R: Paul Gallegos of Cutbow Coffee

Join us at Town & Ranch for a conversation with Paul Gallegos of Cutbow Coffee. Paul worked closely with our culinary team to develop the exclusive Campo Blend and provides us with the fresh-roasted coffee that is served daily across Los Poblanos. With over 30 years of roasting acumen, Paul’s artisanal, old-school method incorporates a full-sensory approach that is calibrated for New Mexico’s dry climate. He will share his extensive knowledge of the history of coffee and coffee roasting along with a deep dive into the development and characteristics of our unique blend.

Tickets are $15 and include a coffee-based cocktail and coffee-tasting samples to accompany the talk. Please plan to arrive at Town & Ranch 15 minutes before the start of the talk to check in.
