Los Poblanos Long Table Dining Series
We believe that community and camaraderie are an integral part of the dining experience. With our Long Table Dining Series, our guests are invited to get to know one another with an intimate cocktail reception prior to being seated together at a long communal table with sixty others. Executive Chef Jonathan Perno and his culinary team will create exquisite four-course menus that showcase our signature Rio Grande Valley Cuisine. Wine and beverage pairings are thoughtfully curated by our Wine Director, Dylan Storment. These dinners are an exclusive, and all-inclusive chance to be a part of the true La Quinta experience in one of the most stunning venues in all of the Southwest. For the ultimate field-to-fork experience, we offer special dining events held at La Quinta during several holidays throughout the year. Wednesday – Sunday | 5-9pm | By Reservation
Join us at the Historic Inn for dinner. Located on an organic farm in the Rio Grande River Valley, our restaurant is a casual fine-dining experience, featuring the purest field-to-fork menu in the Southwest. Our Rio Grande Valley Cuisine is rooted in seasonal organic ingredients from our own farm, as well as from longstanding relationships with local farmers and herdsman.
Reservations are required, Inn guests always receive priority reservations. Other visitors are welcome based on seating availability. Dinner is served from 5pm – 9pm. Pricing is a la carte.
Consider arriving 15-20 minutes before your reservation time to enjoy an artisan cocktail in the Sala Grande living room. Our hand-crafted cocktails use some of the best artisan bitters, aperitifs and fresh-farm grown ingredients.
Daily | 8-10am | By Reservation
Our menu changes daily and always features fresh ingredients right off the farm including eggs, honey, fruits and vegetables. We feature our Rio Grande Valley Cuisine, rooted in organic ingredients from our own fields, as well as from the region. A full gourmet breakfast for two is included with your room rate during your stay at the Inn. We ask for reservations for non-Inn guests.
