It’s pure Canal House.  We were honored to have Christopher Hirsheimer and Melissa Hamilton  teach a  recent cooking class here at Los Poblanos.  In addition to being the founders of Canal House, Hirsheimer was a founder of Saveur and her photographs have appeared in Food & Wine, Country Home, Metropolitan Home and Town and Country.
