Our organic New Mexican Chile Rojo (Red Chile) is the fully ripened version of the Sabinal (not yet registered) variety handed down from our farmer’s father. This pure New Mexican chile powder has a deep, earthy flavor that can reach up to 2,500 Scoville Heat Units.
