This salt is incredible. Sure, it would probably be great as a rub for grilled meats, but we’ve never even tried that. At our house, it gets sprinkled on grilled veggies, fresh tomatoes in the summer, fried eggs, and winter salads; added to dressings or dips like guacamole; and perhaps best of all, tossed in with fresh popcorn. Oh, man, is this stuff smokey-salty delicious.
