Enjoy a selection of delicious items as you order from our restaurant -style menu. Pair wines from our list with three or four tasting plates from the Chef's Autumn menu. Dining from 6pm to 9pm Monticello Dinner: October 16th A five course wine dinner prepared by Chef Jonathan, featuring Cask-aged traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Monticelllo New Mexico. Owners Steve and Jane Darland of Aceto Balsamico Monticello will be discussing uses and history of Balsamic Vinegar. Recently featured in the Albuquerque Journal, this vinegar was 'praised for its "advanced flavor and viscosity" at a balsamic vinegar competition in Italy'. Dinner begins at 6pm, $85 per person, tax and gratuity is additional. Reservations Required Cooking ClassesOur hands-on culinary classes are held in the re-purposed 1930s industrial space, which is now our catering and production kitchen. Classes are designed so guests practice new culinary tips and tricks, and then enjoy a sit-down meal at the end of the class. Thursday, September 23rd Fall Harvest 2pm - 5pm *SOLD OUT* A selection of seasonal veggies and fruits fresh from the farm. This is most bountiful and tasty harvest of the year. Thursday, October 7th Winter Squash 2pm - 5pm Learn a variety of different cooking techniques celebrating squash! Classes are $50 per person, with a 15 person limit. Private Cooking Classes Our private cooking classes are a fabulous way to spend time with friends while learning culinary tips and tricks from our award-winning chefs. A series of four lectures by the Directors of our state museums on what's old, what's new, and what's fascinating on the Albuquerque art and culture scene.
