This two-day class will teach you from start to finish how to make artisan bread, with a primary focus on pizza dough and flat bread. Taught by Pastry Chef, Sarah Ciccotello.

Saturday's focus will be on prepping dough, while Sunday will be for shaping and baking.

Our "hands-on" style cooking classes are held in our commercial kitchen, where you are instructed by our team of Chefs. Bread will be displayed and sampled in the class.
