This two-day class will teach you from start to finish how to make artisan bread, with a primary focus on pizza dough and flat bread. Taught by our Pastry team.

Saturday's focus will be on prepping dough, while Sunday will be for shaping and baking.

Our "hands-on" style cooking classes are held in our commercial kitchen, where you are instructed by our team of Chefs. Bread will be displayed and sampled in the class.
