Join our new Pastry Chef Sarah Ciccatello in a two day cooking class covering pastries and confections. Sarah is a native New Mexican who was raised in Italy and studied bread in San Francisco. Before joining the Los Poblanos team Sarah was the Head Pastry Chef at the Compound in Santa Fe. Join Sarah in two classes - the first on Friday afternoon from 2pm to 5pm, the second on Saturday morning from 10am to 2pm. Option to choose from two pricing tiers - one includes a one night stay at the Inn, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and two cooking classes. To complete your Los Poblanos culinary experience, join us for La Merienda dinner Friday evening (not included in package price.)
