Cooking Class: Pastry and Confections

Join our new Pastry Chef, Sarah Ciccatello in her cooking class debut covering pastries and confections. Sarah is a native New Mexican who was raised in Italy and studied bread in San Francisco. Before joining the Los Poblanos team Sarah was the Head Pastry Chef at the Compound in Santa Fe. Join Sarah Saturday afternoon from 2pm to 5pm. Price is reduced 50% if you book a room at The Inn for the same night. To complete your Los Poblanos culinary experience,  join us for La Merienda dinner in the evening (not included in class price.)
